Items in parts 1-3 of this week’s U column are from 2 Auckland High Court liquidation lists on Wednesday 28 January, before Associate Judge David Robinson & Justice Hugh Williams.

 

Items in parts 4-7 of this week’s U column are from the Auckland High Court liquidations list on Friday 30 January 2009, before Associate Judge John Faire, and one item from the previous day’s bankruptcy list (Turnbull).

 

The U column is mostly about the down side of business, court-ordered liquidations but also voluntary liquidations, including the closure of solvent companies.

The director & shareholder of the old company, Keith Ritchie, Swanson, took over the shares in the new company from Marshall Ritchie on 2 August. Marshall Ritchie is a director of All Star Recovery Ltd, incorporated on 18 September.

It was adjourned to Friday 27 February to enable Inland Revenue to consider an offer of security or for the sale of the property. Inland Revenue’s application to wind up another of their companies, WZ Investment No 1 Ltd, was adjourned to Wednesday 18 February.
