Other details: Mr Cheng was appointed on 9 May and Susan Spencer resigned as a director on 1 July, although she remains registered as a one-third shareholder along with Mr Cheng & Knight Coldicutt lawyer Cameron Dargaville. Mrs Spencer was adjudicated bankrupt on 1 July. Her husband, Kim Spencer, was adjudicated bankrupt on 1 August 2007. Mr Cheng heads Equinox Capital Ltd, a private investment company which introduces Asian investment to New Zealand.
