Bayleys secured sales on 11 properties out of 16 taken to auction in its Greater Auckland portfolio yesterday.

One of the strongest performers was a group of 3 shops, including NZ Post, in Tuakau, nowadays over the border in the Waikato region, which sold on a yield of 5.1%.
