Barfoot & Thompson sold the first 4 properties at its first central city auction on Wednesday, but the remaining 6 were passed in, and another withdrawn.
At the afternoon session, 4 homes were sold, another 2 on the list were sold at auctions moved forward a week, and 4 were passed in.
Sales at the Wednesday sessions included 3 intensive homes – an apartment in the city, a townhouse in Epsom & a duplex in Onehunga. A Greenlane townhouse was sold post-auction.
Apart from one Avondale property with redevelopment prospects, the other 8 residential properties below are all intensive.
One commercial property was auctioned, and passed in – a small retail unit on the ground floor of the Four Points by Sheraton building on the corner of Queen St & Mayoral Drive.
