Residential land developer CDL Investments Ltd said on Wednesday it was confident all unconditional land sale agreements it holds will settle this year.
However, the lockdown of non-essential services could delay regulatory site inspections & issuing of titles.
The NZX-listed company added:
- It has sufficient financial resources to maintain its business
- The lockdown isn’t affecting sales activity as land agents & other personnel work remotely and details of available sections can be found on the company’s website
- CDL has advised all its contractors to stop development works immediately and secure all sites during this 4-week lockdown
- The company’s corporate staff are now working from home.
