2 Precinct apartments were sold under the hammer, 2 Viaduct & Princes Wharf leasehold units were passed in and a floor in Shangri-La attracted just one bid at Barfoot & Thompson auctions on Wednesday.
The Precinct units were taken to auction by the mortgagee but still attracted strong prices. Auction results:
