Blake Greenhalgh won the Auckland University Property School’s Property Student of the Year award last night after presentations by the 4 finalists.
Behind him were James Henry, Carter Gaze & Jeong-joo Hong.
The award, sponsored by KCL Property Ltd (which has just been taken over by Augusta Capital Ltd), is designed “to recognise exceptional property students studying for a Bachelor of Property, Bachelor of Property Conjoint or a Bachelor of Property (Hons) degree at the university and is based on academic performance, communication skills, service to the community and the motivation to succeed & make a difference in the property industry”.
They were interviewed, then gave a presentation on why they believed an understanding of property issues was vital to the prosperity of New Zealand.
